Announcement of the maintenance and care of the lighting and decoration of the roads inside the city of Mazar-e-Sharif

It is hereby notified to the general public that, pursuant to Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award a one-year contract for the maintenance and care of the lighting and decoration of the roads inside the city of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the estimate table of the General Management of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Professional Directorate to the esteemed Mahmud Shah Arya Logistics and Commercial Services Company, holder of license number 8857, for a total price of 7,800,000 seven million eight hundred thousand Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
