The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to carry out the road paving project of its 12 districts in accordance with its development plan for the fiscal year 1404 in a basic manner according to the sizes and estimates of the Technical and Professional Directorate.
Construction companies, road construction companies and institutions that wish to bid for it as a contract should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Municipality Department in accordance with the terms of reference, map and estimated table from the date of publication of the announcement and they should themselves visit the Procurement Department office within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of 300,000 three hundred thousand Afghanis. The terms of reference and specifications should be considered and the condition of non-existence is included. Also, according to Order 29 and Clause 9 of the Procurement Procedure, the volunteers should obtain a printed copy by paying the amount of 1,000 one thousand Afghanis.
