Tender Announcement of the pave and asphalt the historic road from the Kifayat intersection to the Project S intersection

The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to pave and asphalt the historic road from the Kifayat intersection to the Project S intersection in accordance with its 1404 development plan with a thickness of five centimeters. 
Construction and road construction companies that wish to bid for the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions and the table of specifications given, shall submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and shall themselves refer to the office of the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and shall provide a bank guarantee of 287,000, two hundred and eighty-seven thousand Afghanis, considering the terms and conditions and specifications as a condition of non-existence, and also in accordance with Order 29 and Clause 9 of the Procurement Procedure, the bidder shall obtain a printed copy by paying 1,000, one thousand Afghanis.
