In order to strengthen its financial base the Mazar-e-Sharif municipal administration plans to rent out billboards in the city and twelve districts this year.
Individuals, companies and institutions who wish to tender for it in the form of a contract, according to the terms and conditions given submit their requests to the Directorate of Procurement and Contracts of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipal Administration from the date of publication of the notice and after the date of publication of the notice to the office for a period of (21) calendar days. Contract Facilitation Management applied and the cash guarantee is two hundred thousand Afghanis and according to article 29 paragraph 8 of the procurement procedure get the printed quote from the Contract Facilitation Management by paying the price of the contract in the amount of 500 Afghanis If there is no balance the guarantee will be taken in cash.
