The honorable Bahari Noori Company, based on the application form wishes to construct a new commercial market in the southeast area of ​​Kamal Nabizada intersection according to the sketch plan and the dimensions of the sectoral and technical directorate with an investment of 149970677.50 Afghanis from their personal budget in a participatory manner with a monthly rent of 142631.5 Afghanis, shall submit the revenue account to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality.
Individuals, companies and institutions that wish to open the bid in the form of a contract according to the plan, terms and conditions and specifications given, shall submit their applications to the honorable Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and shall themselves refer to the board within (21) days after the publication of the announcement, The field guarantee amount is 450000 four and a half million Afghanis and according to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure, obtain the printed copy from the Contract Facilitation Management by paying the price of the guarantee of 2000 two thousand Afghanis.
Considering the terms and conditions and specifications, the guarantee is taken in cash.
