The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to reconstruct a major intersection named Martyr Al-Hajj Mohammad Dawood Muzammil on the Mazar-Shiberghan Highway located in Project S in accordance with its development plan for the fiscal year 1403
Companies and institutions that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the terms and conditions and specifications given should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and they should themselves refer to the General Procurement Management Office of the Municipality within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a guarantee of 180000 Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee. The terms and conditions and specifications are subject to non-retention and in accordance with Order 29 and Clause 9 of the Procurement Procedure, the bidder should obtain a printed copy by paying 1000 Afghanis.
