Tender Announcement of the parking in front of the Masjid 3 dukan in the second and third districts

Following our previous correspondence, the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease the parking lot in front of the Masjid three shops in the second and third districts of its property, through a tender this year.
Individuals, companies and institutions that wish to bid for it in the form of a contract, according to the given conditions, should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and refer themselves to the Procurement and Contracts Department office within (21) calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a cash guarantee of 150,000, one hundred and fifty thousand Afghanis. According to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure, obtain a printed copy by paying the price of the guarantee of 1,000 Afghanis from the Planning and Reporting Department of Contracts. Please note that the condition of the guarantee and specifications include the absence of any remaining balance. The guarantee and one-third of the rent will be collected in cash.
