The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to pave and asphalt the roads of the 12 districts of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality in accordance with its development plan for the fiscal year 1403, according to the volume estimate of the General Engineering Management.
Companies and institutions that wish to bid for it in the form of a contract, according to the terms and conditions and specifications given should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and should themselves refer to the General Procurement Management Office of the Municipality within seven calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a guarantee of 210,000 Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee, The terms and conditions and specifications are considered as the condition of inclusion and non-existence. Also, according to the provision of Article 29 and paragraph 9 of the Procurement Procedure the bidder can obtain a printed copy by paying 1,000 Afghanis.
