Tender Announcement of the survey, design and construction of the technical specifications, survey, design and laboratory tests of the project from Al-Fath Masjid to Shahr-e-Naw Square and from Amir Ali Sher-Nawaei Park to the eastern belt of Mazar-e-Shar

The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to conduct a basic survey, design and construction of the technical specifications, survey, design and laboratory tests of the project from Al-Fath Masjid to Shahr-e-Naw Square and from Amir Ali Sher-Nawaei Park to the eastern belt of Mazar-e-Sharif city in accordance with its development plan for 1404. 
Design and construction companies that wish to open their bids in the form of a contract, according to the terms and conditions and the table of specifications, shall submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and shall themselves refer to the office of the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and shall provide a guarantee bond in the amount of 100,000 one hundred thousand Afghanis. The terms and conditions and specifications shall be considered as a condition of inclusion of non-existence. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 29 and Clause 9 of the Procurement Procedure, the bidder shall obtain a printed copy by paying 1,000 one thousand Afghanis.
