Companies and institutions that have a request to open it as a contract, according to the terms and conditions given, submit their requests to the Directorate of Procurement and Contracts of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Administration from the date of publication of the notice, and after the date of publication of the notice, submit their requests to the office of the Director of Contracts Facilitation for a period of 21 calendar days. Referred and the cash guarantee is in the amount of 400,000 Afghanis, considering the terms and conditions, the condition of non-residuals is included and the cash guarantee is taken.
