The Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, in order to strengthen its financial capacity, intends to lease 19 underground shops owned by the Municipality and located opposite Sultan Ghiyasuddin School through a bidding process for a period of three years during the current year.

Individuals, persons, companies, and organizations wishing to participate in this bidding process may submit their applications, in accordance with the provided bidding documents, to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif from the date of publication of this notice. They shall also refer to the Procurement and Contracts Department within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of the notice and, pursuant to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedures, obtain the bidding documents in soft copy free of charge from the Procurement and Contracts Department.

The eligibility requirement is having no outstanding debts or arrears, and the rental security deposit shall be collected in cash.
