The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, in order to strengthen its financial resources, intends to lease three municipal parking areas located between Kamal Nabizada and Ghaznfar Squares, in Karte Mamorin, and opposite the Carpet Market for a period of three years through a bidding process.

Individuals, companies, and organizations wishing to participate in the bidding for the lease of the mentioned parking areas may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Applicants may also visit the Procurement and Contracts Department during this period and, in accordance with Article 29, Clause 8 of the Procurement Procedure, obtain the bidding documents in soft copy free of charge and review the terms and specifications. The eligibility requirement is having no outstanding debts, and the lease security deposit shall be collected in cash.
