بالاثر تدویر مجلس داوطلبی که تحت نظر هئیت موظف مختلط مقام محترم ولایت اصولا صورت پذیرفته بود در نتیجه اسامی علم خان ولد محمد علم اجاره موترهای باربری ذغال سنگ واقع دوراهی حیرتان شهر مزارشربف را سالانه به مبلغ ۶۰۸۵۰۰۰ شش ملیون و هشتادو پنج هزار افغانی برنده شناخته شده است.

افراد و اشخاص شرکتها و موسساتیکه خواهش مزائیده آنرا طور قرارداد داشته باشند درخواست های خویشرا از تاریخ نشر اعلان الی مدت (۷) یوم به مدیریت عمومی تدارکات و قراردادهای شاروالی مزارشریف تسلیم نمایند.
