Announcement of the Award of the Contract for the Concreting of the Guzar Road in District 6!

In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 44 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the concreting of Guzar Hayat Road in District 6 to Reel Replication Construction Company, holder of License No. 92421, at a total contract price of AFN 888,790 (Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Afghanis).

Any individual or legal entity/company having any objection regarding this matter may submit their objection in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. The contract shall not be considered finalized or effective until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
