Announcement of the award of a contract for the installation of lighting and decorative stands with flowerpot equipment east of the Holy Shrine to Ferdowsi Square in Mazar-e-Sharif, located in the areas of the first, third and sixth districts.

It is hereby notified to the general public, pursuant to Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law, that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to conclude a contract with the Khorshid Watan Construction and Management Company, holder of license number (93930), for the installation of tubular and decorative pillars along with flowerpot equipment east of the Holy Shrine to Ferdowsi Square, located in the areas of the first, third and sixth districts of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, which has a registration number of 1405/004 MAZ/MUN, for a total price of (7,846,100) seven million eight hundred forty-six thousand one hundred Afghanis.

Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections, together with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law. This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract, and the contract will not be concluded until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures.
