Announcement of awarding a contract for bitumen and asphalting of Sediq Afghan Road, Project P, 550 meters long, located in the eighth district of the municipality!

Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the tarring and asphalt paving of Sediq Afghan Road (Project P), with a length of 550 meters, located in District 8 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, bearing Identification Number MAZ/MUN 1405/004, to Dishak Hila Construction and Logistics Services Company, holder of License No. 57938, for a total contract value of AFN 7,226,759 (Seven Million Two Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine Afghanis).

Any natural or legal person/company having an objection in this regard may submit their objection in writing, together with supporting reasons and evidence, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Administration, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the award or signing of a contract. The contract shall not be concluded until the expiry of the above-mentioned period and the completion of all subsequent legal procedures.
