It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the procurement law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering the contract for two types of oil, including diesel oil 62L and gasoline 92A, the necessity of the third and fourth quarter of 1402, the cleaning and transportation vehicles of the municipality to To grant Sadaqat Balkh Logistics Services Company, holder of license number 7118, for the total price of 11,475,000 eleven million, four hundred and seventy five thousand Afghanis.
Individuals and legal entities who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the notice to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
