Contract Award Announcement for the Third Phase of the Siyagard Road Paving and Asphalt Project in District 8 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality !

Pursuant to Clause 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the Third Phase of the Siyagard Road Paving and Asphalt Project, located in District 8 of Mazar-e-Sharif City, to a qualified construction and road-building company.

The contract for the aforementioned project, bearing License No. (D25126), is to be awarded to a qualified construction and road-building company at a total price of AFN 16,447,149.6.

Any natural or legal persons or companies having objections may submit their objections, together with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Directorate, located east of the Holy Shrine in Balkh Province, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. The contract will be concluded after the expiry of the aforementioned period and completion of the required legal procedures.
