Contract Award Announcement for the Asphalt Paving Project of the Public Works Road in District No. 2 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality !

 Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the (Construction, Bitumen Paving and Asphalt Works of the Public Works Road Project, located in District No. 2 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality) to Konkaash Construction Company, holding License No. (D-01-121), at a total contract amount of AFN 6,198,610 (Six Million One Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Ten Afghanis).

All natural and legal persons or companies having any objections in this regard may submit their objections in writing, together with supporting reasons and documents, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Directorate, located east of the Holy Shrine in Balkh Province, within (5) five calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. The contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned objection period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
