Contract Award Notice for the Construction of Twelve (12) Steel Culverts in the Areas of the 12 Municipal Districts of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality.

Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all interested companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the construction of twelve (12) steel culverts in the areas of its 12 municipal districts, Procurement Reference No. MAZ/MUN/1405/022, to Khorshid Watan Construction and Road Building Company, License No. (93930), for a total contract value of AFN 9,624,771 (Nine Million Six Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-One Afghanis).

Any natural or legal entity wishing to lodge an objection may submit a written objection, together with supporting evidence, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to the Office of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located southeast of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, in accordance with Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of the contract. The contract will be awarded only after the expiry of the above-mentioned objection period and the completion of all required legal procedures.
