It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering a contract for the procurement and purchase of a new squatter and a new loader, necessary for municipal transportation management, to Azim Sohak Trading and Logistics Company, holder of license number 41784. Grant the total price of 14424800 fourteen million four hundred and twenty four thousand and eight hundred Afghanis.
Individuals and real and legal entities who have any objection in the context can submit their objection from the date of publication of the notice until the deadline.
seven calendar days in writing along with the reasons for it to be submitted to Mazar Sharif municipality according to the provisions of Article 50 of the procurement law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
