Contract Award Notice for the Concreting of the Karte Nawshad Roads, Project S, Located in District 9 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality

In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the Contract for Concreting of the Karte Nawshad Roads, located in the areas of District 9 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, bearing Identification Number MAZ/MUN/1405/011, to the Joint Construction and Road Construction Companies of Samim Iqbal and Azim Salim, holding License Numbers (37416-90131), at a total contract price of AFN 2,949,000 (Two Million Nine Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Afghanis).

Individuals, legal entities, and companies having any objection regarding this matter may submit their objections in writing, together with supporting reasons, within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Directorate, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of a contract, and the contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
