Saftullah, son of Mohammad Shah, was declared the winner of the auction for leasing the parking area on Hakim Nasir Khusraw Balkhi Road in District 3, with a bid of AFN 1,265,000 (one million two hundred sixty-five thousand Afghanis).

Saftullah, son of Mohammad Shah, was declared the winner following the auction session for the lease of the parking area located on Hakim Nasir Khusraw Balkhi Road, within the area of District 3, and owned by the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality, with a bid of AFN 1,265,000 (one million two hundred sixty-five thousand Afghanis), under the supervision of the appointed committee.

Individuals, persons, companies, and institutions wishing to participate in the said auction shall submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provided bidding documents. They shall also refer to the Contract Facilitation Management Office within (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to obtain the bidding documents in soft copy, free of charge, from the Procurement and Contracts Department, in accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission.

Participants may review the bidding documents and relevant specifications. The eligibility condition is non-competitive, and in accordance with the Law on the Lease of State-Owned Lands, a cash rental deposit/guarantee shall be collected.
