Notice of Contract Award for the Construction Project of a New Building for Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality!

In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the Construction Project of a New Building for Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, bearing Identification No. MAZ/MUN/1405/009, to Samim Iqbal Construction and Road Construction Company, holding License No. (37416), at a total contract price of AFN 137,900,000 (One Hundred Thirty-Seven Million Nine Hundred Thousand Afghanis).

Natural and legal entities having any objection regarding this matter may submit their objections in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Rawza Mubarak, Balkh Province, within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract award or contract signing, and the contract shall not be concluded until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
