Contract Award Announcement for the Asphalt Paving of Makhdoom Quli Faraghi Road, Located in Project 7, District 4 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality.

In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the public and all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the asphalt paving of Makhdoom Quli Faraghi Road, Project 7, with a length of 440 meters, located in the areas of District 4 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, bearing Identification No. MAZ/MUN/1405/011, to the joint construction and road construction companies of Samim Iqbal and Azim Salim, holders of licenses No. (37416-90131), at a total contract price of AFN 5,798,000 (Five Million Seven Hundred and Ninety-Eight Thousand Afghanis).

Any individual or legal entity or company having any objection regarding this matter may submit its objection in writing, together with supporting reasons, within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Holy Shrine (Rawza Mubarak), Balkh Province, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of a contract, and the contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
