Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends, in accordance with its 1405 Development Plan, to conduct the survey, design, and laboratory testing of the 7.5-kilometer road extending from Muzamil Shaheed Intersection to the Western Ring Road (Balkh District).

Respected engineering, logistics, planning, and design companies wishing to participate in this contract are requested to submit their applications, in accordance with the bidding documents and cost estimate provided, to the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of this announcement. Applicants shall, within 11 calendar days from the date of publication, visit the Procurement and Contracts Office of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality to review the bidding documents and specifications. The condition of having no outstanding arrears shall apply. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 9 of the Procurement Procedure, interested bidders may obtain the printed bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AFN 1,000 (One Thousand Afghanis).
