Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease five Shatnab locations situated in the flowerbeds around the Holy Shrine through a public bidding process in the year 1405 to strengthen its financial revenue.

Individuals, companies, and institutions interested in participating in the bidding process may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of this announcement. Applicants must visit the department within seven (7) calendar days from the publication date, provide a cash bid security of AFN 175,000 (One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Afghanis), and obtain a printed copy of the bidding documents by paying AFN 1,000, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the Procurement Procedures. Applicants are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and specifications. Having no outstanding debts is a requirement, and the bid security as well as one-third of the lease payment shall be collected in cash.
