Individuals, companies, and institutions interested in participating in the bidding process may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of this announcement. Applicants must visit the department within seven (7) calendar days from the publication date, provide a cash bid security of AFN 175,000 (One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Afghanis), and obtain a printed copy of the bidding documents by paying AFN 1,000, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the Procurement Procedures. Applicants are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and specifications. Having no outstanding debts is a requirement, and the bid security as well as one-third of the lease payment shall be collected in cash.
