Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease its 6,000-square-meter Green Park (Rangin Kaman) for a period of three years through a bidding process.

Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends, in order to strengthen its financial resources, to lease its 6,000-square-meter Green Park (Rangin Kaman) for a period of three years through a bidding process during the current year.

Individuals, companies, and organizations wishing to participate in the bidding may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Section of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality after publication of this notice and shall refer to the Procurement and Contracts Section within (10) calendar days from the date of publication. In accordance with Clause 8 of Article 29 of the Procurement Procedure, a soft copy of the bidding documents shall be obtained free of charge from the Procurement and Contracts Section.

Applicants are requested to review the bidding documents and specifications carefully. The eligibility requirement is having no outstanding liabilities, and the lease security deposit shall be collected in cash.
