Mazar-e-Sharif's Strategic Economic and Agricultural Development Plan or SDF has been Finalized
The Mazar-e-Sharif's Strategic Economic and Agricultural Development Plan (SDF) has been finalized in a meeting chaired by Roshan Wlosmal, Depyty Minister of Urban Development and attended by Abdulhaq Khurami, Mayor of Mazar-e-Sharif, Local Authorities of Balkh, Representatives of Ministry of Urban Development, Representatives of Sasaki Company, and the Urban Development Program of Global Bank.
The main goal of this strategic plan is economic and agricultural development, urban and regional sustainability connection, creation of facility and providing of economic and agricultural corridors in the countrie's major cities including Mazar-e-Sharif.
This plan which is being implemented by Sasaki Company in 5 major cities of Afghanistan including Mazar-e-Sharif, Kandahar, Herat, Jalalabad, and Khost with cooperation of Ministry of Urban Development. Its plan has finalized for Mazar-e-Sharif, Kandahar, and Khost Cities and it will be finalize for Herat and Jalalabad Cities too in near future.
