Contract Award Announcement for the Construction of the Dasht-e-Shor Canal in Stone Masonry Form, Located in Districts 8 and 9 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality!

 Hereby, pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the Project for the Construction of the Dasht-e-Shor Canal in Stone Masonry Form, located in Districts 8 and 9 of Mazar-e-Sharif, with Identification No. MAZ/MUN/1405/017, to Ahmad Zia Ahmadzai Construction Company, License No. (D-35068), at a total contract price of AFN 34,984,422.5 (Thirty-Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Two Point Five Afghanis).

Natural and legal persons who have any objection regarding this matter may submit their written objection, along with supporting reasons, within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Rawza Mubarak, Balkh Province, in accordance with Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract award or contract signing, and no contract shall be concluded until the above-mentioned objection period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
