Notice of Award for the Survey, Planning, and Design of the Ring Road from Al-Fath Mosque to Dasht-e-Shor!

Hereby, pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are informed that the Municipality of Mazar-i-Sharif intends to award the contract for the survey, planning, and design of the ring road from Al-Fath Mosque to Dasht-e-Shor to "Zia Faisal Construction and Services Company", holder of license number 91745, for a total amount of 1,480,000 (One Million Four Hundred Eighty Thousand) Afghanis.

Natural and legal entities who have any objections in this regard may submit their written protests, along with their supporting reasons, to the Directorate of Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality within seven calendar days from the publication date of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute the signing of a contract, and no contract shall be concluded until the completion of the aforementioned period and the fulfillment of subsequent legal procedures.
