Tender announcement of The Concrete Project of Karte Mamorin

It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the procurement law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering a contract for the concreting of the road of Karta Mamorin located in the areas of the 2th district of Mazar-e-Sharif municipality according to the dimensions and estimates of the sector and professional department to the company Konkash construction the holder of license number 121-01-D, for the total price of 2464052 two million four hundred sixty four thousand fifty two Afghanis.
Real persons and companies who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the notice to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notice does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned period and during the following legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
