Announcement of contract for the asphalting and paving of the Pistah Mazar Road to the Marmal Road

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the asphalting and paving of the Pistah Mazar Road to the Marmal Road located in the areas of first district administration, according to the plan and estimate of the General Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure Sectoral and Professional Directorate to the Samim Iqbal Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number 37416, at a total price of 29000000 twenty-nine million Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
